Cosumnes River Elementary School is part of the Elk Grove Unified School District. The wastewater treatment plant serves the school and grounds. Aquality commissioned the plant after a delayed startup period, and continued to operate the facility while guiding EGUSD staff towards SWRCB operator certification.
